| How long will it take to get my vacuum fixed? | |
| As repairs vary for each unit, usually it takes 2-4 working days after we get your approval on the estimate. | |
| Does A Discount Vacuum ship products and supplies to customers? | |
| Yes we ship products usually with in 48hrs or 2 working days if the product is in stock. Longer for items we may need to order. | |
| Does A Discount Vacuum accept credit cards? | |
| Yes! We accept debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. | |
| What brand does A Discount Vacuum reccommend? | |
| As each customer has their own specific needs and wants, it is difficult to recommend just one brand. We do recommend brands like Simplicity, Sanitaire, and Commercial Royal products. These brands are repairable and designed with the customer in mind. We would not recommend brands that are of poor design and quality to anyone. | |
